2. Restaurant and Dine-In Orders

2.1 Reservations:

We encourage you to make reservations in advance to secure your table. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

2.2 Dine-In Payments:

Payments for dine-in orders must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We accept cash, Credit Card payments.

3. Delivery Orders

3.1 Delivery Areas:

We provide delivery services within designated areas. Please check our website for current delivery zones and charges.

3.2 Minimum Order Value:

A minimum order value applies to all delivery orders. There is no minimum order value for self-collection.

3.3 Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use either in-house delivery services or third-party couriers.

4.1 Custom Catering:

Full payment for catering and event space bookings must be made in advance.

5. Payments and Pricing

5.1 Pricing Policy:

All prices listed on our website and in-store are in SGD. FAST TRACK PTE LTD reserves the right to amend prices at any time.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard payments. All transactions must be completed in SGD.

5.3 Pricing Errors:

In the event of a pricing error:

– If the correct price is lower than the stated price, the lower price will be charged, and the difference refunded.
– If the correct price is higher, the order may be rejected, and the payment refunded.

6. Return and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Order Cancellations:

Once payment is made, orders cannot be canceled. However, you may contact us to request changes before the order is handed over for delivery.

6.2 Refund Policy:

Refunds are only issued in cases of pricing errors or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
